Worth Parish Council Grants

Did you know that you can apply to Worth Parish Council for a grant?

Did you know that our grants give up to £750?

Worth Parish Council recognises the importance of community organisations and the valuable contributions they make to the wellbeing, enhancement and overall improvement of our community.

To support our community and to recognise these organisations, Worth Parish Council can award grants up to the sum of £750. These organisations must fall wholly or partly within the Parish of Worth; the villages of Copthorne and Crawley Down and cannot be ‘for profit’ organisations or those that benefit an individual/s or single household.

If you would like to find out more and to request an application form, contact the Clerk at clerk@worth-pc.gov.uk or on 01342 713407.

Thank you so much for supporting our work. Your grant of £400 that we received last year, enabled our Vision Support Team to provide support to 8 of the blind or sight impaired residents living in the parish of Worth during the year.

Our clients are very grateful for our support, here are just a few words of thanks and appreciation:

“This is going to make an enormous difference to me I have never had this kind of support before and can now read a newspaper again, I am so impressed at how much I will get out of having a magnifier and will be able to read my letters again.”
