The bright and spacious South Room situated on the first floor of the Parish Hub in Copthorne is available to hire for a range of events. These have included exercise classes, formal meetings and birthday parties. If you would like to make a booking, please email deputyclerk@worth-pc.gov.uk. Terms and Conditions of Hire 2022

Services included in hire: 

• Kitchenette with kettle, microwave and fridge.
• Air conditioning
• Limited crockery and utensils
• Fully accessible lift.
• Accessible toilet and baby change situated on the ground floor.
• Chilled water cooler.
• Free WiFi.
• Limited free parking on site.

• Audio and visual equipment.
• Flipchart stand, pad, and pens.
• Clean and removal of rubbish.

The South Room can be set up in different seating styles. The room holds 40 in conference style and up to 54 in theatre style. 

To secure the booking, you must return the booking form and refundable damage/security deposit of £100 at least 7 days prior to the booking. Without this, your booking will be cancelled. 

You will be invoiced for the hire after the event. Payment is required within 14 days of receipt of this invoice.
