Bowers Place Update

We’re delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted for the Bowers Place Parking Scheme. This is an important milestone for the project and means that we can now move forward with the next phases:
- Tender – this closed on 19th December. A contractor will be appointed by the Council in January.
- Highway approval – with planning permission secured, we can apply to West Sussex County Council for formal approval to make changes to the public highway.
- Construction timeline – once all permissions are in place, we’ll set a start date and share full details with residents.
